Just tried with an iPad. Not pretty. Will you be placing these in a page like the current API docs, or using a UI similar to the current one?
If so, do you want a fixed, full width header with the four items?
Since new versions of SU don't work with older versions of Windows, do you want the API docs to be compatible with old versions of IE?
I can modify yard-t2 to work with a full-width header, buts it's not a 10 minute patch. Then again, it's not a day either.
It will be a gem soon. Relatively current version at yard-t2 demo
I'm still looking at whether I can optimize it more for really big libraries like the AWS-SDK's, Rails, etc. You know, things like 2 MB class html files, method lists with 20k items, etc.

Updated the SketchUp Constants doc I did with yard-t2 and a quick fixed header. Works pretty well with tablets. All one needs to do add is the css to common.css and the html for the header element to an empty erb template. yard-t2 handles the rest. Also, one --template-path declaration in the the .yardopts file.
