It always fails with "Invalid Schema" on XAMPP/Windows

This library is always failing on dev machine with "Invalid Schema" error, but once deployed to the live server (Linux) all works as expected with same files.

My dev env is XAMPP with PHP 7.2 on Windows 7.

Currently Windows is not supported by this library: you are welcome to open a PR adding CI build against AppVeyor: once you setup a basic working build, I can take care of maintaining it
