Many element are not themed after 2023-04-27 beta update #8

In 2023-04-27 beta version, Steam updated its UI, so this theme needs to update its CSS to match the new element id.

PS: you need the latest beta SFP to support injecting new steamui.

Hi, im only redistribute the skin, but as you said the beta SFP seems to fix this. I will edit the readme so it says use the latest SFP to work with the new Steam UI.

Also happened in bottom bar.

beta SFP just allows to patch UI in beta Steam, but the theme itself doesn't contain style code for some new elements.

Well i can't do much other than wait for the updatedModernSteam repo get an update. Also it seems steam removed skin option in settings.
