I added a second footer with links to legal disclosures and a wiki page which explains how to report an issue. The link is likely hard to find. Another option would be a button at the side of the page. This was my first idea. However, it might be too obtrusive.

Only people with github accounts can give us feedback on the website since you need a github account to open an issue there.
I would suggest that we add an email adress on the github wiki side, which the "report an issue" button links to, which directs emails to a shared folder. Like the aqnet@teco one. Can add a sentence like "If you do not have a github account, you can write us an email to..."
