Clean up start-up warning.

Launching rpt integrate --server gives:

14:38:51 main [WARN] [o.g.j.m.i.MessagingBinders:248] - A class jakarta.activation.DataSource for a default provider MessageBodyWriter<jakarta.activation.DataSource> was not found. The provider is not available.
14:38:51 main [WARN] [o.g.j.s.w.WadlFeature:66] - JAXBContext implementation could not be found. WADL feature is disabled.

The easiest solution would be to just disable those warnings in the log4j2.properties file. However, it should be investigated whether there is a clean solution.
