Deprecation flag -- when submitting corrections to existing data, previous iterations of data should be marked as deprecated such that they are removed from consideration WITHOUT deleting or overwriting. Dedicated filter to isolate deprecated rows should be added.

Visual formatting should be applied to deprecated rows (greyed out, etc.) and validations should AUTOMATICALLY skip deprecated rows.
