Merging Douglas' repo with the main Smoothie repo #35
Description
I have now made a lot of updates, and will be looking to issue a pull request on or before Monday.
Note my code has already been merged with #34 and is current with Smoothie v2 and includes most of the non USB/Ethernet/SD-card functionality.
I need to confirm why the recent changes still do not enable homing, some weird Rotary Delta behaviour and to then test the Z-Probing and I am good to go.
