Consider moving package to MME to leverage testing/CI etc

We have extra credits on the MME GitHub account for GitHub Actions etc. It would be better to host the package there so there are no limits on GitHub Actions, and we can leverage the continuous-interaction stuff.

You retain control, we simply change the owner to MME.

Actually let's chat about this soon. Daniel, Ant, Jason and I are looking to set up a new GitHub organisation to house our packages and tools (spatialplanr, spatialgridr, oceandatr etc). This would be the perfect place for your code too!
