Summary

When ready and able to cast a CombatActive, the Actor begins casting for a specified duration.

Requirements

  • actives arent cast instantly, but require time to complete.
  • play animation during casting.
  • casting can be interupted by knockback (Knockback #29 ), which puts the CombatActive on cooldown.
  • the checks for being able to cast are done prior to beginning casting, rather than afterwards (meaning if target moves the active is still cast)
