We want to be able to create csvs with first name, last names, town, barrio fields so we can then integrate that to the Person Finder, correct?

I'm currently writing a script in ruby to translate CSV into PFIF xml. I's very barebones and the only reason i chose ruby was to do it quickly. The end idea is to create a url where we can both translate CSC to PFIF and import into google people finder set.
