Hola a todxs- I'm a software engineer at Zendesk. We make a web platform for running "help desks" of all sorts- including ticketing software, voice over ip / call center, sms, live chat, FAQ / knowledgebase software, etc. If anyone is working on a project coordinating volunteers, responding to incoming requests, case management, etc, I want to help.

What I can offer

  • sponsored Zendesk accounts at no cost
  • help setting up and configuring the account, through video calls, chat, or however works best
  • answer questions and help brainstorm about how to organize a helpdesk: process for managing communications flows, quick response templates, integrations with other systems, etc
  • an inside contact at Zendesk if you have any other needs or questions

Assuming this offer from Zendesk has expired, have attempted to reach Jason multiple times through Slack and have gotten no response.
