Hola a todxs- I'm a software engineer at Zendesk. We make a web platform for running "help desks" of all sorts- including ticketing software, voice over ip / call center, sms, live chat, FAQ / knowledgebase software, etc. If anyone is working on a project coordinating volunteers, responding to incoming requests, case management, etc, I want to help.

help setting up and configuring the account, through video calls, chat, or however works best
answer questions and help brainstorm about how to organize a helpdesk: process for managing communications flows, quick response templates, integrations with other systems, etc
