not getting parse into httpheader when runnning the shell scrip, could you please tell me how can i do that. is there any other way i can convert my pcaps to httpheader.bro.

shell script requires custom modification to run. Example:
First of all, replace bro with zeek in shell script and http-headers.bro script as well.
Then give a path to your pcap which need conversion. It should work thereafter. I tested this and works for me.
