Per my setup following the README shown below, org-agenda-later (next week) is bind to ']]', not ']' as in the README.

(use-package evil-org
  :ensure t
  :after org
  :hook (org-mode . (lambda () evil-org-mode))
  :config
  (evil-org-set-key-theme '(textobjects insert navigation additional shift todo heading))
  (require 'evil-org-agenda)
  (evil-org-agenda-set-keys)
  )
