К сожалению, не получится добиться нативного изменения челки от PWA на андроиде, как минимум, пока что

Для айос есть решения, однако на андроиде это пока проблема

Android

Firefox использует theme_color, как цвет для топ бара
Chrome подстраивается

На iOS пока всё плохо
