Updated SDL

This update requires you to replace all of your old files with the new files provided in the attached .zip folder except for diablo.ini, but it's highly recommended that you check your diablo.ini audio settings to make sure you have "Sample Rate=48000" and "Resampling Quality=0" in order to fix an audio delay issue.
