Describe the Issue in Detail
The mobile block under Finance: Saved Payment Methods, will not let you add a bank account as a payment method on an iPad. The visual display of the page prevents you from scrolling down to enter the bank account information. It is not possible to add a new bank account on a iPad.
The testing was done on the Orange App, using a page layout that is not scrollable.

- Blue App
Steps to Reproduce
Add the necessary giving blocks to a mobile app and configure them.
- On an iPad Select your giving page
- Select the elipsis at the top right to choose additional options
- Select manage payment methods
- Select add new payment method
- Select Add Bank Account
- Try to scroll to the Accoutn information section to enter the account and routing number
Expected Behavior
I should be able to add a new checking account when using an iPad.
Actual Behavior
Teh screen prevents you from scrolling down to enter the bank information.
