[Issue]: Group Attendance Entry Block Days Forward Option Not Working

Describe the Issue in Detail

For the Group Attendance Entry Block, there is an option Number of Days Forward to Allow. According to the documentation, this setting is The number of days forward to allow attendance to be entered for. However, I was unable to get this setting to work properly.

With that option set to 30, I could not get it to work if the schedule was the next day, next week, or a couple weeks into the future. The only way it would work is if the schedule was actually live now.

Here is the setting I am referring to:

In the app, you can see I have a person selected, but attendance is never recorded for the individual because the date is in the future. (the date is within the 30 day period that was set in the previous screenshot).

I am not sure if this is actually a mobile issue or if it is something with Rock Core not allowing attendance to save in the future. I also am not sure if I messed up a setting somewhere or have a misunderstanding of what this feature is supposed to do.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to a page in your mobile app and add the Group Attendance Entry block.
2. Set the Number of Days Forward To Allow to 30.
3. In the app, pull up this page with a group that has a schedule less than 30 days into the future.
4. See that you can initially select a person for saving attendance, but that attendance is never actually saved.

Expected Behavior

If the intent is for allowing attendance to save for future dates/times, then it should be allowed.

Actual Behavior

If the intent is for allowing attendance to save for future dates/times, the it is not currently allowed.
