Regardless of browser culture, this block always displays the Planned Visit Date in the US 'Month / Day' date notation:
Expected Behavior
When an Australian or UK browser culture is indicated, this block should format the Planned Visit Date as 'Day / Month'
Steps to Reproduce
Change browser culture and re-launch browser
navigate to /familypreregistration
open Planned Visit Date dropdown
