A Conda environment file containing all of RESEPT's dependencies (but not the method itself, as it is not packaged) is provided in #164. It was partially tested on an 8-core x86_64 laptop without any issues, as described in the PR. More extensive tests should probably run on a machine with GPU access (or at least on a machine with more cores). The code to wrap the tool for inclusion in SpaceHack was not provided.
