just want to upload a simple code to digispark, but failing to do so (noob)

i have a digispark rev3 board and i've been in so much trouble setting it up for arduino IDE and finally made it to the "Plug in device now" section but arduino ide pops a notification saying "Done Compiling." and seems stops the upload progress
by ignoring that i connected my digispark and after 3 seconds windows says USB Device can't be recognized and Digispark blinks red

i'm using https://raw.githubusercontent.com/digistump/arduino-boards-index/refs/heads/master/package_digistump_index.json
for the additional boards manager and Digistump AVR boards for the boards manager and selected the Digispark (default, 16.5MHz)
