Idea:

Very big SSA with 1000000 neurons, send e.g. 1000 spikes per timestep, 1 per neuron, 1000 timesteps
Receiver IF_curr_exp population every non-monitor core, with 256 neurons
Fixed prob connector with 10%
Should test the code with large inputs!
