Suggest moving the 'Download Logs' button.

Users often miss the 'Download Logs' button at the bottom of the Manage Logs page. I suggest moving it to the top of the page (to the left of or above/below the search bar).

FWIW +1 - it's the only button there and requires some scrolling to see it.
