Ignore Config Sync Packet if Config Not Registered #15
Description
The config sync packet should always be ignored by Specter if it is not registered (such as in the case of the dedicated-only mod Cantilever). Presently, this crashes when Specter is present but the config is not loaded, causing conflicts with client-side mods that bundle Specter.
Cannot invoke "dev.spiritstudios.specter.api.config.ConfigHolder.save()" because "config" is null
