It is weird that we keep hiting this error.

No connection is active/available to service this operation: XADD

I have no issue with Redis cache (mostly string get, string set etc), and Redis PubSub.
but this service is mainly for redis stream feature. when messages growing, sometimes, i got these error messages.

how can i troubleshoot this issue?
here is the log attached
