Develop Profile Page

For now it just has a logout button, however, ideally we can show user profile. The next stage after showing a user's profile is to be able to edit their display name and other fields to their account.

As a part of this we need to do the AppUser state stuff so we have the user's data to populate the profile page

Keeping open as not all functionality is implemented (some hardcoded / placeholder data)
