This is not a new problem, it's one I've been meaning to mention for quite a while. I've always thought these buttons were disabled for some reason until I clicked on one to see what would happen and it launched a build.

Contrast your icons with my Time Savers extension's Rebuild Project, Rebuild Solution & Cancel Build icons:

The disabled icon is for Cancel Build, which I thought BuildVision used to have as well.

I realise now that Time Savers is missing a Clean Solution button, which I guess I should add lol
