User balance info visible in admin dashboard.
add note or picture of proof when live order and click complete ,, if no skip.. this helpful when we give the tracking number or any proof to customer.
Reasoning for the implementation
the info is useful to manage financial and make it easy to record the transaction.
the note is for proof purpose if the product send via mail and need to send the note or photo as proof
