Update bottom-nav.tsx to mirror new information architecture

Context: frontend/src/components/layout/bottom-nav.tsx is the mobile-web equivalent of sidebar.tsx and needs to mirror whatever IA #175 lands on.

Where:

• frontend/src/components/layout/bottom-nav.tsx

What to do:

• Update to match Restructure sidebar.tsx nav groups: Overview, Assets, Wallets, Soroban, Rankings, Validators, Explorer #175's new grouping -- likely a subset given limited bottom-nav space, so decide which groups get top billing (Overview, Assets, Wallets, Soroban, Rankings probably outrank Explorer on a small screen).

Definition of done:

• Bottom nav reflects the new IA priorities, not the old flat structure
