[Contract] Time-Locked Bonus Tokens

Description

Implement a feature where students receive "Locked RS-Tokens" for early completion, which only become liquid after a set period.

Requirements

• Store balance with associated unlock_time.
• Update get_balance to show liquid vs total balance.
• Prevent use of locked tokens in other protocols.
