Re-sort PDF pages: Odd and even pages

Hello everyone,
I have PDF files which first have all even pages scanned and then all odd pages. I am currently digitising my folder collection and I have a lot of double-sided pages. However, my scanner can only scan one page at a time so I scan the front of the stack first and then the back.

Is there a way to use the Pdf Organize Tool to re-sort these pages accordingly?
