Describe the bug

sentences.txt has all entries commented out, therefore metropolice, combine soldiers and the HEV suit don't speak
this can be fixed by replacing it with the original hl2 sentences.txt

To Reproduce

  1. spawn any npc that uses sentences
  2. see errors in console (with developer 1)
