Missing Portal 2 Coop functions #58

This page is missing various functions exclusive to co-op/multiplayer mode, as listed on VDC:

GetGladosSpokenFlags
GetHaveSeenDLCTubesReveal
GetNumPlayersConnected
GetPlayerDeathCount

I would also suggest splitting the page into sections for multiplayer and singleplayer specific functions as I did for the VDC page.
