How to use this?

This looks great, but not sure how to use this. The page when opened asks for a JWT Token, ok I found that, then it asks for a Channel ID, where is that? Do you mean Account ID?

Also what url do I put for the Overlay/Element URL? If I'm building on localhost do I put my local url to the Overlay I'm editing, or do I need to put a different URL?

I have tried to find some more extensive documentation on how to use the emulator but have not had any luck.
