[Bug]: IOS subtitles delay when negative still is positive

Describe the bug

when u set the subtitles delay to an negative number it sets it to that number positive but still displays negative, so the negative doesnt work

To Reproduce

1. set the subtitle delay to -1.50

Expected behavior

that the subtitle delay works like in the desktop

yea, on like pc the function works excellent, because some subtitles are not exactly synced to the episode so it would be nice to change te delay to sync it
