[Bug]: Subtitle matching fails despite existing at backend site

Describe the bug

I observe this on the desktop app and android TV app:

• Movie: In the Mouth of Madness
• Subtitle Page: https://www.opensubtitles.org/en/idmovie-4582

There's a language on the site which is missing inside Stremio, Swedish:

https://www.opensubtitles.org/en/search/sublanguageid-swe/idmovie-4582

As far as I know, Stremio uses OpenSubtitles API. And even though it knows which movie it is, Stremio doesn't see the Swedish language subtitles. What would cause that problem to happen? Is it a matter of having too many other languages in the API list? Maybe not doing enough API pagination to fetch all of the subtitle languages?

To Reproduce

Open the movie "In the Mouth of Madness".

There's no Swedish in the language list.

Expected behavior

All languages should be listed, right?
