Build page does not fill whole height

I'm only reporting this because I remember there was a different look in earlier version, so I assume this isn't intentional.

This is the full view of the build page for one of our projects:

As you can see, there is a lot of white space at the bottom. It would be nice if the page would fill that space.

That whole page needs to be refactored, in reference to layout. I have a PR (#601) that's a wip for changing the build page. This will most likely fit into that PR.
