This PR adds a weather data dashboard. Includes:

  • Precipitation for all cities in dataset displayed in a histogram.
  • Map of USA and the ability to hover over cities in dataset and see precipitation, high, and low temps.
  • User input field to get data on a specific city in the dataset.
  • Hottest cities displayed in a histogram.
  • Coldest cities displayed in a histogram.
