Team members' availability are initially not displayed in MeetupScheduler. #24

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Visit the Meetup Scheduler (which currently defaults to Week 0).
  2. Notice that the team members' availability are not added to the fractions.
  3. Switch to Week 1.
  4. Switch back to Week 0.
  5. Notice that after a few seconds, the team members' availability are added to the fractions.
