T - Treat Drop
S - Micro Reward (e.g. SWAPS Reward)
F - Free Drink
D - DVAT (don't ask what that means, I have no idea)
B - Birthday Cake
A - Auto Offer

`couponCategory`

Default: Unknown Category

R - Rewards Category
M - Micro Rewards Category
D - Discounts Category

`state`

Default: Unknown
