[SYNERGY-2] Elephant → d_mu → Vibe. Map Elephant's drift measure (d_mu) into Quilt's Vibe channel. The drift IS the vibe. The vibe IS the drift. This makes the elephant a Quilt cell that breathes.
[SYNERGY-3] Collective-unconscious → quilt-rag corpus. Index, chunk, and wire the ai-writings + superinstance-papers corpora into a Quilt RAG layer. Each cell becomes a queryable artifact.
[SYNERGY-4] Fleet-radio → Quilt ambient voice. Treat a Quilt cell as a broadcast surface. The fleet-radio's existing broadcasts become ambient voice. Medium effort.
[SYNERGY-5] Crab-traps → CF deploy. The Lucineer picked this as the keel. Wire the crab-traps to emit cell-ledger format and push to Cloudflare. Defines the interface every other synergy will target.
[SYNERGY-6] Hermes → quilt-perception. The hermes-quilt bridge (Python) is built. Need traffic. One real sensor stream routed through it, end-to-end.
[SYNERGY-7] Tap → cell-ledger adapter. A 200-line TypeScript adapter that wraps Tap rooms as Quilt cells. Unlocks the Tap as the first public instance.
[SYNERGY-8] Cross-platform handoff. A cell can live on a phone, a watch, a server, a Raspberry Pi. The handoff protocol is the qgit commit + a Murmur subscription. Spec the handoff.
