New token list design

we started working on a token list design earlier. We also see the design of token list from portals (https://app.portals.fi/) This looks pretty cool and would be nice to be inspired from this design and do a newer design with a new thinking!

They also have a pretty nifty way of zapping into LPs. We could even get our zapping contracts working from within Swapr and still have a cleaner differentiation between pools and tokens.
