Soul pyre teleporting.. other player ?

One of the player on my server dropped the Soul Pyre, everything seemed to work as expected, but then another played got it, and now.. well now, when one use its ability it most of time, teleport the other player that have the Soul Pyre.. is it normal ? xD

(like it seems to teleport all the player with the soul pyre in inventory, instead of the one that triggered it, somehow)
