How to open the menu with touch controls?

When using a bluetooth gamepad, I can use Start+Select, but that does not work with the touch controls.

Do you mean this menu?

You have to hold the hamburger menu in the bottom right corner till the circle running around is complete.

Thank you @GitUp1234. How long does this take? Because of my fat fingers I can't see any circle running around.

I tried 10 seconds, but nothing happens.

It should take only 1 - 2 seconds. I just checked it, the circle should also be visible in the center of screen. So, your fingers are probably not the issue here. ;)
