Move documentation from libSBOLj to libSBOLxml, updating nomenclature where necessary.

Break the documents out into three sections with different uses:

high level for executive summaries and mildly interested developers
usage examples for easy cut and paste tests
API for more committed developers
information for people who are developing libSBOLxml
