Hello!
I have downloaded the "LipidHunter 2 (RC3)" version, but every time I try to run it on our files (already converted to .mzML) it gives an error - "Sorry, an error has occurred, please check your settings". We were looking for Triglycerides (TG) and applied the following parameters:
Instrument vendor: Bruker
Mode: LC-MS/MS
Lipid class: Triacylglycerol (TG) [M+NH4]+
Scan time: 15-17.5 min
m/z range: 700-900
Precursor window: +/- 0.75 m/z
DDA top: 10
MS level tolerance: +/- 5 ppm
MS level threshold: 50000
MS/MS level tolerance: +/- 20 ppm
MS/MS level threshold: 2000
Isotope score >= 75.0
Rank score >= 60.0
Minimum relative intensity scoring: 0.10%
We have tried higher levels of tolerance, high isotope score (80) and lower rank score (40), but the error persists.
Could you please give as a clue of what might be the problem.
Thank you,
Ana Luiza Fontes

Thanks for the feedback!
Please try to start the debug mode using the "LipidHunter_debug.exe" in the LipidHunter2 folder (black color icon).
Please download the tutorial pack and run the sample TG file, and see if it can finish the run.
And then run your files and send me the screenshot of the debug command line output.
The messages in the debug command line window is important for me to locate the issue.
