Issue Prioritization

(Until we hopefully get the ability to set labels on issues, this tracks what is highest priority.)

• Adjustments to hard coded site names #5
• Add Rush University to plots #12
• Fix or remove the Heat Map tab #11 and CUFF PRESSURE and HEAT MAP tabs not displaying #15
• Requested new feature: include content files for each tab #16, so we can add that key of site codes/site names
• Remove the "rescinded" section from Discrepancies panel #10
• CUFF PRESSURE tab should display the counts of CUFF1 scans with pressure recorded #13 and Small discrepancies in displayed counts of scans vs counts derived from the imaging report #14 (Cuff Pressure tab)
• datastore for datacleaning #26
• Fix or remove the Heat Map tab #11 and CUFF PRESSURE and HEAT MAP tabs not displaying #15 (Heat Map tab)

I switched from a bulleted list to a Task List. Hope that won't somehow confuse things.

OK, I'm extending the list, since it seems this is the best we can do for now. My reasoning was to address correctness issues (Cuff Pressure), followed by efficiency, followed by dealing with the Heat Map tab in some way (revise or eliminate).
