Steps to reproduce the issue:

1. Run install.bat on your command window, on the path you have the extraction from TIB_BW_Maven_Plugin_2.8.0, and install all files. Build them successfully.
2. Open up you project on Business Studio, version 6.7
3. Even though the file is on the correct path (....m2\repository\com\tibco\plugins\com.tibco.bw.palette.shared\6.1.100) your pom.xml does not recognize the file.

-Successfull build, without errors. The file is on the folder.
