• implement basic image gen and edit functionality via OpenVINO so that users can image gen / edit on OpenVINO only installations

Technical Notes

• implement via ovms where possible

  • upscale might need custom endpoint

Open Questions

• Should this also work in agentic mode? (assumption: yes)
