Sbom Target should support s390 architecture for defconfig and allmodconfig:

make -j$(nproc) O=kernel_build ARCH=s390 CROSS_COMPILE=s390x-linux-gnu- mrproper defconfig sbom

make -j$(nproc) O=kernel_build ARCH=s390 CROSS_COMPILE=s390x-linux-gnu- mrproper allmodconfig sbom
