MOXA-AIG-301 1.6 question regarding 2G cellular #11
Description
We have a few MOXA AIG-301 devices deployed on the grid. They are communicating through an APN provided by our ISP.
Each MOXA device is installed with 1.4 FW version and they are working as expected.
Currently we have an undeployed device in our office which is upgraded to 1.6 FW version.
Device with 1.6 FW are not able to connect into the APN. (Cellular profile was managed through RestAPI to add the APN user & passw. details).
I have discovered a change connected to the 1.5 FW version regarding the cellular network type.
Let met to have two questions:
Could you please clarify that MOXA AIG-301 with 1.6 FW is able to use cellular communication with 2G network type?
Device with 1.4 FW was able to communicate with 2G network type?
